INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: PLEASE READ THIS.
All duties and customs fees incurred are your responsibility. It is very important to contact your local postal service so that you know in advance what fees you may have to pay in addition to the international postage. I have no control over delays due to customs, weather, or your local postal service.

I only ship to North America, Western European countries (except for Italy), the United Kingdom and Japan. I do not ship to Central or South America, Asia, Eastern Europe, or Africa.
ARE TAXES, SUCH AS VAT OR GST THAT ARE IMPOSED BY OTHER COUNTRIES, INCLUDED IN YOUR ITEM PRICES?
NO. I am not authorized to collect or responsible for paying ANY taxes, customs fees, or delivery charges imposed in the UK or any other country. VAT is not included in my prices or shipping charges.

Your order is printed and packed very soon after you check out. If you find it necessary to cancel your order, please contact me quickly! I cannot cancel your order after it has been posted.
WHAT ABOUT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible so I can determine a solution based on your individual circumstances.
Contact me within 3 days of delivery for a return authorization.
Ship items back within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping costs are NOT refundable unless I made a mistake and sent the wrong thing. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
WHAT KIND OF PAPER DO YOU USE TO PRINT YOUR ARTWORK?
My "Standard" color photo prints use E-surface paper, which boasts rich, sharp color and will last a lifetime without yellowing or fading. Standard black-and-white artwork is printed using True Black And White matte finish paper, which has a look similar to silver gelatin photo prints.
My "Museum Quality Archival" prints, sometimes referred to as "Giclee" prints, use 100% Cotton Rag Fine Art Watercolor paper, which has an amazing longevity and will certainly outlive the owner, provided that it is kept out of direct sunlight. Be careful when handling these prints, as the surface is fragile.
DO YOU OFFER FRAMED PIECES?
Due to the risk of breaking during transit, I do not sell framed artwork. I recommend that you take your print to a reputable framing shop in your area.
I only use your address and contact information to communicate with you about your order and to fulfill your order.
